Simon went into a state of shock, knowing he couldn't remove the suit. it somehow had bonded to his body like a second skin, triggering his ability to manifest, he was now a mutant with the power over mist and fog, he would be code named Legion, and become a member of the team as the oldest member. Things would be different in the house with another older person around, besides Mentor. Simon is a scientist and was given a room for a lab for his work, he was trapped in that time of 2014, and he did want to get back to his own time, but for the moment it was a question of how to do it, he couldn't get the things he had in the lab he used to achieve such an experiment, the like of what he had invented, in 2024, so he was trapped in this past time and he would have to adapt, become a student learning to use his new powers, as the others were also learning to use their abilities. He found out in training with the team, that he could walk on the water molecules that are in the mist he called upon that could also enable him to levitate into the air, at his command. it was at night the local observatory had sighted the small object entering into Earth's atmosphere at a fast rate of speed, what it was, they couldn't tell, it moved too fast for them to see it. What the experts did not know that it was a small starship that evaded the earth tracking stations all over the world. it was a small snub two man fighter craft. It was piloted by Darian and Sultan, they came to Earth from a distant galaxy torn by war, after their victory against the galactic Aristocracy, they left their home star system heading to Earth. both Darian and Sultan were warriors with a Revolution to free their galaxy from a tyrannical rule, they were also teacher and student of the Starcross, an ancient discipline that had existed for eons in their part of the universe. They were heroes of their people, and to the Revolution, now they had come to Earth, for another purpose, and it is here, they would again be heroes, and become a part of the greatest human hero team on Earth, as well as in Crown City. Mentor had seen on the monitors, the ship come down but had no idea where it had landed, when Darian and Sultan got out of the ship they set it so it would be invisible with cloaking technology, no one would ever discover it. They had sensors out to test if they could breathe the oxygen, and it was breathable, they also sensed they weren't far from the city of this part of Earth, and had to find their way, to locate Riot Act. It was told, that this team are the greatest of Earth's heroes, and wanted to join them to aid them in their first battle. Their sensors picked up something else in the woods, that had a high radiation signature, that was moving fast on this night lit by a huge early fall full moon, it was the harvest or hunter's moon, whatever it was they picked up on their sensors moved fast. That night other heroes were all on patrol, The Whip, Stone, Lightning Boy, Redman, and the Dark Rider were all working that night, in their respective parts of Crown City. The Six were residents of Crown city but weren't there that fall, they were off on some mission in another part of the world. Simon was becoming a part of the team displaying his powers in such a way that the younger members of the team were impressed with his ability, and they had all accepted him into their tight knit family. Simon was also teaching the kids about basic science concepts since he was a scientist, and he liked to teach, as well as call the team his new family, in this timeline. The other heroes are doing their best, to keep crime in check on this fall night. The Grim Reaper was in his world outside of time and space, he's the watcher of all worlds, all realities, all timelines and dimensions. he has the ability to see into any reality in time and space, in every reality of every dimension, with the power of oblong looking glasses he has in his world beyond time and space, for the moment he has observed the earth of 2014 and Crown City with it's heroes keeping people safe and crime from running rampant. He's also been observing Crown City of 2024, where Simon is from, with it's corrupt leaders and crime running rampant, and the non existence of heroes like in Crown City of 2014. The night passed rather quietly, even though something was wandering through the woods outside of the city, that Darian and Sultan were picking up on their sensors, they weren't trying to track it, or trying to find it, they were trying to get to the city to locate Riot Act. From what their sensors picked up, is that it had a high radiation signature, it was moving fast through the woods, but they don't know what it is, their sensors didn't show what it is, and they don't know if it's dangerous, however with the high radiation signature it could be dangerous to people in the city, and to Riot Act that they now seek to find. They had a long way to go to reach the city, as warriors they knew what they were doing, after the battle they had survived, against the Galactic Aristocracy. They had escaped just as the rest of The Revolution fleet had escaped, to the new base, across the vastness of the stars. They had made it to planet Earth, and were going to locate Riot Act, within the city. TO BE CONTINUED

Even across many light years, Darian and Sultan had heard of Riot Act, and had made it to Earth, after the fierce battle against the Aristocracy. It was a victory that was a long time coming, They were now on Earth searching for Riot Act, doing what they were meant to do, save other planets from tyranny and evil.They were the chosen holders of the Starcross, and knew how to use it's power. Riot Act by now had been sent into the city, to find the man, on the rooftop of a building where he appeared from a portal that had opened up, dropping him off, disappearing without any trace that it had ever been there. Gabriel was the eager one of the team, he wanted action, he was appointed to lead them to find Simon in the city. For the moment, the scanners in the mansion briefing rooms had a fix on his exact location, that information was sent to the vehicle in the underground garage hangar where the self driving van was ready, to take the team into Crown City where they would find Simon and bring him back to the mansion, to get him the help he needed, as well as find out who he is and where he came from. It didn't take long for the team to find him, and on their way back to the mansion to see to the man's medical needs. The shimmering energy that had been around his body had ceased, he was now resting comfortably, but he hadn't regained conciousness yet. they couldn't question him to find out what they needed to know from him or where he'd come from, they could only wait for him to awaken from his deep sleep. Gabriel was impatient and wanted to know right at that moment, Mentor had to get him to calm down or his powers would activate, and he needed that strength for what was to come, in the days ahead. Simon had begun to stir, he was coming around, but was still weak from his ordeal. Mentor went in to talk with him, He asked "How are you feeling?" Simon wasn't sure how he felt at that moment, he was still feeling a little dizzy. "Where am i?" he asked. Mentor began, "My name is Edward Mentor, and this is my home, and my school. You're welcome to stay if you like." "How did i get here?" Simon asked "My team brought you here, we saw you on our monitors as you appeared on the rooftop of the building in the city." Simon was puzzled. "What city is that?" Mentor couldn't believe the question. "Sir, that is Crown City." He was in a state of shock at what he was told. "No, that's not possible, it doesn't look like Crown City, not the Crown city i know, why does the city look clean and new?" Mentor was confused, he couldn't understand what Simon was talking about. "Am i still in the year 2024, is this the year 2024?" Mentor couldn't believe what he was hearing. He said, "You're in Crown City, but it's the year 2014, and it's autumn." Simon's face went pale white, he seemed to be in shock over the fact he traveled ten years backward in time. After a brief silence, he spoke, "Then my experiment was a failure!" He then tried to take the costume off and it wouldn't come off and as he tried it caused him severe pain. He was scared, the fear in him began to build, and his heart began to beat faster,"Why is my costume not coming off WHY???" TO BE CONTINUED

In a residential neighborhood, outside the city, stands a huge old gothic styled mansion, with a security fence around it at the top of a hill, owned by Edward Mentor, he sits in a briefing room with a group of kids and teens, as they watch multiple screens with images of different parts of Crown City displayed on screens, as they all watched, they saw the portal open and drop a man on a rooftop in the heart of the city, where Edward Mentor had cameras placed in secret locations where they wouldn't be noticeable.They could all see the man glowing and shimmering with electrical energy around his body, as he laid there, in an unconcious state. Mentor spoke to his charges in the briefing room, they were his students, as the house was a school for those kids and teens with unique mutant gifts, they had been in training, and were also being educated by Mentor himself, he had helped them to realize the full potential of their abilities, and how to use them effectively, in a battle situation. Those kids were his pet project to make them a super hero team, that could protect the good people of Crown City. This would be in essence their first mission as a team. Gabriel was the eager member of this team and the biggest, of the team. he had the ability to increase in size and muscle mass as he would tap into his rage, which is his power, but he had to be careful not to let his rage get the better of him, that was why he was code named RAGE, it was all about his temper, and his attitude, that he had to calm himself, before he got too angry, which was hard for him to do, being from an abusive home life. His Father often beat him when he got drunk, and that's what happened when puberty hit, his power manifested, and it was nearly the death of his father, if he had not throttled back his anger, he would have killed his father. His father often beat and abused him to make a man out of him, he wanted no sissies in the family, and his mother could do nothing to help him, she acted like she didn't see what was going on, and when he increased in size before he could do any harm he ran into the woods, to hide. That's where Mentor found him and took him in to his home to help him get control of his powers, and to use them in an effective way, that could do good for the team, and when he met the newer younger members of the team he became their friend, and helped them with their school work as he was smart with more than an A+ average in his studies, he became calmer and more confident in using his powers, and would do what he could to help the other kids during training sessions, as well as training himself in the use of his powers. It was that night the man appeared on the rooftop of the building in the city, that Gabriel wanted to go into action, he would lead the team, as he had gained the trust of Mentor himself to lead them on this mission. Simon had gotten up off the floor of the building he appeared on to look over the roof's edge, to see where he was. He was not sure where he was or why he had not appeared in the tube across the city. He looked out over a city that looked new, and not so dirty or abandoned. It was Crown City but where, he wasn't sure he consulted a watch on his wrist that showed he was now in the year 2014, he wondered how he had gotten there, from his time of 2024, the experiment must have failed and transported him back in time, somehow. this new revelation sent him into shock as he still shimmered with electrical energy around him, it made him dizzy again, but he didn't want to succumb to it's sickening feeling, as he stood there looking at a Crown City that looked totally different to him but it had a familiarity to him, yet to him it looked different, and that overwhelmed him. he was feeling like he would go into shock at any moment, as he looked upon a strange place, that was also familiar to him. In the briefing room, another monitor beeped with an alarm that had a radiation reading that came from where the man had appeared, he had been exposed to radiation of some kind, so the team had to take precaution in this mission. they had to find the man in the dark costume, bring him to the mansion, and give him medical attention, before they could leave, another monitor beeped an alarm and what they saw was an object streaking across the sky,, moving at a high rate of speed, into the wooded area away from any place where it could be found by people. What the team and Mentor didn't see is that the object was a small starship, that had come through the earth's tracking stations unseen, yet the local observatory saw it coming into the atmosphere, before it could be picked up on any radar screens. It was a small two man fighter ship, of a warrior class from another far away star system. Two humanoid looking occupants got out of the cockpit of the ship as it landed, and they clicked a remote making the ship vanish it was cloaked so no one would find it. They both took out sensors at the ready. They were on Earth for a reason, even across the stars they had heard of Riot Act and had to find them. It was imperative the two alien warriors find them. Darian and Sultan are student and teacher of the Starcross discipline an ancient belief connected to an ancient matrix hidden somewhere among the stars, it's where their power of Starcross comes from, and they had fled their home star system after the last battle with the Aristocracy, they were part of a Revolution, and now have found their way to Earth for another mission, to find Riot Act and aid them in their first battle, as a super hero team. Crown City, 2024. Simon Rex, in a secret Lab, in the heart of the city, is about to test his transporter tube, to see if it functions by transporting himself from the lab, to another location in the city, that's set up to receive him, if or when he arrives. Crown City has become a cesspool and haven for crime as well as corruption, ever since the wall was built around the city, by the corrupt city officials and the government running the city, as it has since the year 2014, the wall was put up to keep crime out, however it doesn't work. Those elected government and city officials have made it easier for crime to get it's claws into it, and run rampant, terrorizing the good citizens of the city that live there. Not many people that live decent lives dare to go out anymore during the day or at night because the crime rate is so bad, this is the reason that Simon Rex invented a new way to travel safely within the city, but it had not been tested until now. He talked to the other location by phone to see if they had things ready to receive him there. He put on his skintight protective suit and mask with the silver face plate, he stepped into the tube after priming the main computers, to calculate where he would be transported to, he flipped the switch on the wall for the power generators to be activated for the test run. All the equipment hummed to life, the computers beeped and clicked as it computed the trajectory for the transport from the lab, to the other secret location where he would appear, everything was ready, and the transport tube hummed and vibrated, a shower of sparkly light surrounded Simon as he stood still awaiting the disassembling of his atoms, to be transported across the city. He didn't notice that sparks of pure electricity coarsing throughout the lab, then there were small explosions of equipment shorting out and beginning to malfunction all over the lab. The swirling electrical sparks began to spin faster and faster, something was wrong, but Simon never saw it, he was covered in sparkling lights that spun making him feel dizzy. and queasy then there were small cracks in the glass tube he stood in that enabled mass amounts of Cobalt and Gamma radiation to seep in, exposing him as it covered his entire body. almost like a spray, and then in a split second he vanished and he was gone as the entire lab exploded in a fiery inferno. The other lab didn't see him appear in the tube set up for his arrival, nothing happened, it was dead silent, and then they worked the computers, to ascertain what might have happened to him, for the moment he was missing. He was actually frozen in a swirling bath of light and sparkling electricity, as he tumbled through a void of nothingness, then a hole opened in that void, and dropped him on the roof of a building, closing behind him, in a city that wasn't the Crown City of his time.
